Natalie Robertson, 10th grade student at Future School, is excited to intern at the Good Samaritan Clinic in historic Fort Smith. After learning about a career in the health care professions through her mother and sister, Natalie decided to pursue a chance to work at a clinic to be able to help patients feel comfortable. Natalie has a strong relationship with her mentor and says that, “ Working with patients helped to open my eyes. There’s always hope or a ‘light at the end of the tunnel.” Executive director, Patti Kimbrough, Natalie’s mentor is also inspired. “ Natalie brings a contagious smile every Wednesday and we’re glad she’s with us.”
